Kurt Vonnegut

Spring Author Night

Our Spring Author Night conversation focuses on Kurt Vonnegut’s wartime experiences, how they shaped and influenced his writing, and the friendship between Syd Solomon and Vonnegut as creatives — including context of Vonnegut’s novel Bluebeard in relation to the NVMM’s current exhibition.

Our panel of guests include Julia Whitehead, CEO of the Kurt Vonnegut Museum & Library, and Dr. Greg Sumner, author of “Unstuck in Time: A Journey through Kurt Vonnegut’s Life and Novels.”

Moderated by Executive Director Michael Jerome Plunkett from the Literature of War Foundation.

Doors open at 6 pm and the program begins at 6:30 pm. General admission is $20 and admission for members, Veterans, and active duty is $15.
